On Wednesday, November 2011, Romanian Brian wrote to us and attached the pictures of their currently-used escalator skirt brush. He found a quite serious problem that is over 60 percent bristles of the escalator skirt brushes had faded, just like a coral snake. Brian told us, “for the color fading problem, their customers have complained his escalator skirt brushes. I am afraid if the problem is not settled, our reputation will get worse.”
Based on his reflection, our customer service Anna made a specific explanation for that. The main reason for the color fading problem of the escalator skirt brush is the impurity of bristles. There are possibly some materials that easily faded in the bristles. However, all the materials for escalator skirt brushes are 100% pure. This has been approved by lots of customers over years. About five days after he received our samples, he confirmed the quantity of the bulk order with us.
On May 2018, we received Brian’s thanks letter. He said:” Thanks to AOQUN, now there is Zero complain for our escalator skirt brush. Later, I will introduce more customers to you.”
